A new menace has emerged in town—her name is Nina. Formerly a devoted fangirl of Jeff the Killer, Nina’s sanity unraveled following a tragic incident during her school years. Harassed by bullies alongside her brother, her bottled-up pain turned into violence; she eventually killed her tormentors and bleach her face, transforming her normal skin into an unnaturally pale complexion. The game features two distinct story paths to explore. In one, you take on the role of Poisonguy, embarking on a relentless hunt to track down Nina. In the other, you become Nina the Killer herself, desperately trying to escape from the asylum where she’s confined.
